Sangeeta has over 20 years of experience in the call centre industry. She has held a variety of positions in companies such as Gallop Canada, AT&T Canada, Spherion Staffing and has been a trusted business partner, providing consulting to organizations for almost 20 years.
In addition to her Talent Sourcing expertise, Sangeeta supports of her clients talent goes beyond sourcing and placement. As a certified Thomas Consultant as well as a Certified Human Behavioural Analyst through Personality Insights, Sangeeta is able to assist organizations in better and understanding and nurturing their top talent. Additionally, Sangeeta is a well established and sought after trainer, providing Team Building and Leadership Development programme utilizing the Model of Human Behaviour.
Sangeeta is also a published author and keynote speaker, most recently as a contributing author to the Amazon Best Selling series, Dreaming Big Being Bold 4: Inspiring Stories From Trailblazers, Visionaries & Change Makers.
Sangeeta holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology & Business from University of Western Ontario, and an HR Management Certificate from Ryerson University. She is also a Certified Human Behavioural Specialist.
