Sangeeta Bhatnagar

Sangeeta has over 20 years of experience in the contact centre industry. She has held a variety of positions in companies such as Gallop Canada, AT&T Canada, Spherion Staffing and has been a trusted business partner, providing consulting to organizations for over 20 years.

In addition to her Talent Sourcing expertise, Sangeeta supports  her clients  beyond sourcing and placement.  She is as a certified Thomas Consultant,  as well as a Certified Human Behavioural Analyst through Personality Insights. Additionally, Sangeeta is a well established and sought after trainer, facilitator providing Team Building, Empathy Training and Leadership Development programmes utilizing the DISC Model of Human Behaviour.  Sangeeta is a Certified 21 Toys Online Trainer where she is able to help teams develop empathy and reduce conflict through tangible and experiential learning. 

Sangeeta is committed to helping build Emotionally Intelligent and Adaptable teams. She recently was certified as an AQai consultant so that she could help her clients adapt during these changing times!

Sangeeta holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology & Business from University of Western Ontario, a HR Management Certificate from Ryerson University and a Certified Adult Trainer through Centennial College. 

Sangeeta is also a published author and  speaker, most recently as a contributing author to two Amazon Best Selling series, Dreaming Big Being Bold 4: Inspiring Stories From Trailblazers, Visionaries & Change Makers and Called to Action and most recently Business, Life and the Universe Vol 3.

Sangeeta shares her insights in publications such as Contact Management Magazine and Contact Center Pipeline.


Sangeeta is the Chair of the Greater Toronto area Contact Centre Association ( where she collaborates with industry leaders to keep abreast of all leading edge ideas and practices.
